Product promotions: Question about the product & review link

Two clicks that were missing from the product page
In Shopware 5, it was a given: customers could ask a question about a product directly on the product page or click a link to go straight to the product reviews. In Shopware 6, only the wishlist remains. This extension brings both actions back to where your customers expect them: right next to the wishlist button.
No need to search for the contact form, no leaving the checkout process. The interaction takes place at the crucial moment, on the product page.
‘Question about this item’: Enquiries right at the moment of purchase
One click opens a modal window with your usual contact form. The subject and message fields are already pre-filled with the item details (name and item number). All your customer has to do is add their question and submit it. This significantly lowers the barrier to getting in touch, and you receive enquiries that are immediately linked to the correct product. Less support work, faster replies, more sales.
‘Rate’ link: more reviews, more trust
A discreet button takes customers directly to the product’s review section with a single click. The lower the barrier to entry, the more reviews you’ll receive – and nothing convinces undecided buyers quite like genuine feedback from other customers. The button only appears automatically if reviews are enabled in your sales channel.
Lightweight and secure
The extension is built entirely on Shopware’s standard contact form and therefore inherits its security features:
- Captcha, privacy notice and spam protection are automatically enabled, exactly as you have configured them in the backend.
- No separate email sending system, no separate controller, no separate database. Nothing to bloat your shop or increase the audit trail.
- No data is stored in the shop: enquiries are sent directly to you via email. Ideal in terms of GDPR compliance.
- No open mail relay: the shop alone determines where enquiries are sent, never the form.
Flexible and ready to go in 2 minutes
- Can be enabled individually: ‘Question about this item’ and ‘Rate this item’ can be activated independently of one another.
- Recipient freely selectable: By default, the shop’s contact address; optionally, your own address (e.g. sales or support).
- Per sales channel: All settings can be overridden for each sales channel.
- Bilingual: full texts in German and English.
- Compatible with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7.
