Modular Admin Dashboard

Modular Admin Dashboard by Friends of Shopware replaces the default Shopware administration start page with a flexible widget-based workspace. Rather than using a fixed dashboard, each team member can create a personal overview of relevant business figures, operational lists, and productivity tools.

Widgets can be added, removed, rearranged, and resized in edit mode. Each dashboard layout is stored separately for the respective user. This allows shop management, sales teams, and support staff to work with views tailored to their individual day-to-day responsibilities.

The extension provides analytics widgets for revenue, orders, average order value, customer development, and further store data. Available reporting areas include best-selling products, manufacturers, countries, payment methods, shipping methods, sales channels, and promotion codes. Each analytics widget can be configured with its own time range and sales channel filter.

Operational widgets complement the reporting features with access to recent orders, new customer registrations, B2B customer-group requests, and pending product reviews. Requests and reviews can be approved or declined directly from the corresponding dashboard widgets. Personal notes, task lists, and quick links add productivity features to the administration workspace.

The plugin respects Shopware permissions: widgets that a user cannot access are clearly indicated. In addition, other plugins can register their own widgets and widget groups for the dashboard.
