Customer Specific Category Discounts

With this extension, individual discount rates can be assigned at the category level per customer: Perfect for B2B, key accounts, and negotiated business customer conditions – without having to create a separate promotion for every account.

Customer Specific Category Discounts adds a new "Category Discounts" tab to the customer management (Administration). There, you can easily navigate through your category tree, set a discount percentage per category, and select which sales channel these rates apply to. Logged-in customers automatically see the reduced prices in product listings and on product detail pages.

In the plugin settings, you maintain full control: Decide what happens when a product belongs to multiple discounted categories (highest or lowest discount) and how customer discounts interact with existing Shopware promotions (add up, combine percentages, or apply the higher discount).
