Salutation Manager helps you control how salutations appear across your Shopware 6 storefront, customer area, and transactional emails — all from a single, sales-channel-aware configuration, without requiring manual template edits.
Hide unwanted salutations from frontend dropdowns and automatically adjust email greetings to a language-appropriate fallback (e.g. "Dear" in English, "Cher" in French, "Sehr geehrte" in German) whenever salutations are hidden — so your communications stay polite and consistent.
