Merchants Only turns your Shopware 6 store into a B2B-only platform by restricting registration to business accounts, requiring company information, and automatically looping in your accounting department for every invoice.

When activated, every new registration becomes a commercial account — the Private/Commercial selector is hidden and the company name is required. New customers can be auto-assigned to a B2B customer group, and invoices, credit notes, and cancellations are automatically CC'd to a dedicated invoice email.

Key Features

• B2B-Only Registration – Hides the Private option and requires customers to register as business accounts, with company name as a mandatory field.
• Optional VAT ID Requirement – Toggle a setting to make the VAT ID mandatory during registration (presence check only, no external validation).
• Custom Registration Message – Show a configurable, snippet-based notice above the registration form to set clear B2B expectations.
• Automatic Customer Group Assignment – New customers are assigned to a configured group, or auto-detected from groups named "Business" / "gewerblich", or fall back to the first customer group with gross pricing enabled.
• Invoice Email Address – A dedicated invoice email custom field is added to every customer, editable from registration, profile, and administration.
• Automatic Invoice CC – Invoices, credit notes, and cancellations are automatically CC'd to the invoice email whenever they are sent to the customer — whether triggered automatically by order status or manually from the admin Send Document dialog.
